Life can get busy and oftentimes it is difficult to schedule a time to go to the gym or think about meal planning. With my Tone at Home Program, you can get in a 30 minute, Total Body workout, wherever and whenever you want. You will also get access to meal plan suggestions, a clean eating snack list, accountability check in’s and support throughout your wellness journey.
How the program works:
Once you purchase the program, I will put you in a closed Facebook group. Twice a week, I will broadcast workouts and you will also have access to all of the previous weeks videos.
The first workout of the week, will be a combination of high intensity cardio and low intensity resistance training. The second workout, will be a low intensity toning workout. By combining the two different types of workouts, you will fire up your metabolism and build lean muscle.
The meals plan suggestions and clean eating snack list, will be found in the files section on the group page. I will be have weekly accountability check in’s, provide support and answer questions that you may have.
