Hey Luke! I wanted to write and thank you for the awesome training program. I ran the Chicago marathon yesterday and crushed my old PR by almost 15 minutes! I finished in 3:49:50. I am really happy! I can honestly say that I've never felt so strong going into a marathon. This was my third marathon ever and in my previous two, I had bonked at 22 miles and had to run walk just to finish those races. Not this time! I proudly ran all 26.2 with no walking and no bonk. Love it! I am sure it was your training program as this was the first time I used it. You can be sure it's all I'll use from now on as I work on my quest for a BQ. I do plan to up my mileage though - I used the 30-40 mile weeks plan and next time I'm going to do 50-60 mile weeks.
