Challenges are a great way to motivate yourself to conquer new obstacles in your running career. No matter where you’re at in terms of age or ability, Challenges are set up so that any runner has several Challenges to go after. There are Challenges that encourage you to get faster, place higher, try new races and have fun with friends. Download the Challenge Tracker worksheet to keep track of your progress towards completing various Challenges. When you earn a Challenge, submit it via the form below. At the next team meet up, we’ll announce your success and you’ll get points that go toward the Point Standing’s Yearly Total. The main idea is that these Challenges are a fun way to help you become a better runner – so get crackin’!

Challenge Guidlines:
- Progress toward the completion of challenges must be done while wearing either the Yellow Team jersey or tech shirt
- It is the responsibility of the runner to keep track of their progress on challenges and to submit the completed requirements via the form below once all the requirements for a particular challenge are completed
- Unlike the Point Series, you can earn challenges through non-local races
- Challenges earned will be announced at the next team meet up
